Room 2 Participate in the School Cross Country Event
The school Cross Country Event on the morning of Thursday 25th August began with beautiful weather. The venue was Waiteata Park in nearby Russell Street. The place was humming with excited children and parents.
The Junior Syndicate races began at 10am and there was a strong participation from Room 2. Harry came third equal in the Year One Boys Race and the girls showed determination in their race also. There was a lot of cheering and excitement from the crowd as the children did their laps around the park. Well done Room 2 for your enthusiasm and participation.

Week 3 Junior Syndicate Assembly 'Class Certificates'
Piripi, Aliya and Sarah-Olivia received certificates for their outstanding work in Week 3.
Week 4 Junior Syndicate Assembly 'Class Certificates'
Felix received a certificate for his excellent story writing about the
school cross country event.
Alyssa received a certificate for the virtue of the week, honesty.
Brodie received a certificate for his efforts in reading.
